Seoeun Choi, a mixed media artist, majored in Painting and minored in Art history at Pratt Institute, NY. 

Inspired by minimalism and Dansaekwha (Korean monochrome paintings), Seoeun integrates minimal composition with sculptural elements. 

Exploring and blending the definition of painting and sculpture, she adopts a wide range of materials from oil, acrylic paints, and charcoal to fabric and sand.
